Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of service purchases on the PersonaAI platform, which constitutes a remote transaction, shall be made in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981. Nothing in this policy shall derogate from the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

General

PersonaAI provides AI agent services for businesses through recurring monthly subscriptions, plus a one-time setup fee that is quoted per project and starts from ₪2,500. PersonaAI does not offer a free plan or a free trial period. This policy applies to all services purchased on the platform. All prices listed exclude VAT (18%) unless otherwise stated.

How to Cancel

A cancellation notice may be submitted at any time via one of the following methods:

  • 1. By email — Send a cancellation notice to: support@personaai.me
  • 2. By phone — Contact our support center at the phone number listed on the website
  • 3. Via the dashboard — Cancel the subscription through the "Billing & Subscription" page in your dashboard
  • 4. By registered mail — Send a written notice to the company's registered address

Important: Non-use of the service does not constitute a cancellation notice. The customer must submit an explicit cancellation notice through one of the methods listed above.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation — Starter Plan

A. Cancellation Within 14 Days of Subscription Start

You may cancel the subscription at any time during the first 14 days from the date of the transaction or receipt of transaction details (whichever is later), without cancellation fees. In this case, only a pro-rata charge for actual days of use will apply.

B. Cancellation From Day 15 Onward

From day 15 of the subscription, you may cancel at any time via one of two options:

End-of-cycle cancellation — The subscription remains active until the end of the paid month, with no additional cancellation fees.

Immediate cancellation — A pro-rata charge for actual days of use applies, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower. In any case, the total charge will not exceed the monthly subscription fee.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation — Professional & Enterprise Plans

Cancellation terms for the Professional and Enterprise plans are as follows:

A. Cancellation Within 14 Days of Subscription Start

You may cancel the subscription at any time during the first 14 days from the date of the transaction or receipt of transaction details (whichever is later). In this case, only a pro-rata charge for actual days of use will apply.

B. Cancellation From Day 15 Onward

From day 15 of the subscription, you may cancel at any time via one of two options:

End-of-cycle cancellation — The subscription remains active until the end of the paid month, with no additional cancellation fees.

Immediate cancellation — A pro-rata charge for actual days of use applies, plus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower. In any case, the total charge will not exceed the monthly subscription fee.

One-Time Setup Fee

The setup fee is quoted per project and starts from ₪2,500 + VAT. It covers system configuration, Meta verification, knowledge base creation, etc. The cancellation policy for setup fees:

  • Cancellation within 14 days before setup work has begun — Full refund minus cancellation fee (5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower).
  • Cancellation within 14 days after setup work has begun — Pro-rata refund based on work not yet completed, minus the cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation after 14 days or after setup is complete — The setup fee is non-refundable, as the service has been fully delivered.

Protected Populations — Extended Rights

In accordance with Section 14C1 of the Consumer Protection Law, persons with disabilities, senior citizens (over 65), or new immigrants (within 5 years of immigration) are entitled to an extended cancellation period of four (4) months from the date of the transaction or receipt of transaction details (whichever is later), provided the engagement included a conversation (including electronic communication).

No cancellation fees will be charged.

Only a pro-rata charge for actual days of use will apply.

Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of receiving the cancellation notice. In the case of registered mail — within 6 business days of dispatch. From the effective cancellation date, charges will cease and access to services will be revoked.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

For credit card payments, the actual refund timing depends on the credit card company.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Full use of the purchased service (e.g., completion of system setup).
  • Cancellation made after 14 days from the transaction date, except for end-of-cycle cancellation.
  • Violation of terms of service by the customer leading to account suspension or termination.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were described in advance in the plan description.

Subscription Freeze

PersonaAI does not currently offer a subscription freeze option. Customers wishing to temporarily pause their service are welcome to contact our support team to explore options.

Policy Changes

PersonaAI reserves the right to update this policy from time to time, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated policy on the website. Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
